All content on DGVEDA—including videos, text, lessons, graphics, branding, tools, community materials, assets, AI-created materials, and all course structures—is the exclusive property of DGVEDA.

Unauthorized use may lead to account termination and legal action.

7. Payments & Billing

By purchasing a course, you agree:

  • To authorize us (or our payment gateway partners) to charge the applicable amount.
  • To take responsibility for any taxes, processing fees, or currency conversion charges.

Refunds are governed entirely by the DGVEDA Refund Policy.

DGVEDA holds full discretion over certificate eligibility.

9. Mentorship & Community Access

If your course includes mentorship or community access, you agree to:

  • Maintain respectful communication
  • Follow community/mentor guidelines
  • Not solicit or spam other learners
  • Not engage in abusive or inappropriate interactions

We reserve the right to remove individuals who violate community norms.

We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or content of these external services.
